Responsible for day to day activities. i.e. "Head Grunt". Not seen in this picture, but he's there disposing of the scraps after a busy day in the shop. With the shut down of the New Hampshire production facility, and the opening of production in Florida, things have been busy. With his strong relationship with Anthony Cesaroni of CTI, they have been able to form a cooperative venture to produce the LARGEST combined high power manufacturing arrangement in North America, the new leader in high power rocketry.

Paul handles the personal interaction with the customers. He tries to be available for all those small but important questions, from the individual to the largest dealer. Quality and service are his trademarks.

The quiet backbone of the company, Robert is responsible for the sparky stuff. Takes care of electrical and computer matters, is trained to help with production duties, and with Paul's move to Florida, has picked up many animal feedings. Robert is responsable for keeping the CEO out of trouble. :-) Many new ideas are spring boarded between them.

Robert has picked up the challenge of field tech, and is in charge of flying new products vertical, instead of just horizontal. Robert is responsable for the new electronics we will be selling soon. He also is responsable to handle the unheralded people that are always helping, like Joel, Keith, Danielle, Denise, Rich, Jim, without whose help things would be a lot tougher.
