As multitudes of new motors and reload kits flow through the multi-jurisdictional certification process, AMW Pro-X and CTI find themselves rushing to meet the demand and get the new products out to the general public.

The new marketing arrangement brings state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to AMW Pro-X and a host of new propellant formulas to CTI, with the combined initiative bringing the largest number of certified high power rocketry motors together under their collective marketing banner.

AMW Pro-X Distributors brings the popular multi-colored zoo animal-themed propellants of Animal Motor Works together with the entire array of propellants from CTI, resulting in a broad selection of new propellant formulas joining the menu, including the new Black Bear™, Tamed Tiger™, Wild Wolf™ and Scalded Tiger™ propellants.  These join all of the other favorites AMW fans have enjoyed for years.

A new line of 38mm hardware will join the AMW Pro-X lineup, featuring an extremely easy-to-assemble modularized reload assembly based on the popular CTI Pro38® motor.  Designed to compliment the Pro38 line, the cases are interchangeable, allowing the use of Pro38 reloads in AMW Pro-X hardware and AMW Pro-X reloads in CTI Pro38 hardware.  This interchangeability combined with the modularized nature of the AMW Pro-X reload assemblies gives users the widest possible selection of available propellants, thrust profiles and yes, even colors, on the market, making AMW Pro-X 38mm motors truly "a better way to fly™."

In the 54mm lineup, AMW Pro-X brings near single-use flexibility to their hardware line with the introduction of a new hard anodized aluminum nozzle carrier, designed to allow the use of phenolic nozzles in place of the previously used graphite nozzles.  While each reload kit will come with a new nozzle, this phenolic version can be reused several times, making it ideal for fliers interested in EX and research applications.  EX and research fliers already favor AMW Pro-X hardware over any other brand, and the new nozzle options just add more flexibility for them.

The new AMW Pro-X web site is being geared to bringing new certification, assembly and product information on the new arrivals to the public as quickly as possible, although some certification and testing documentation is still being updated. An exciting issue worth noting is that California OSFM certification paperwork has already been filed on the entire propellant lineup and may be approved in time for LDRS.
